When concrete needs tighter control in every batch, ordinary drum mixing usually starts showing limits. Material may rotate, but uniform blending doesn’t always happen. That’s where Pan Mixer machines are preferred, especially for block work, precast production, and controlled concrete applications. Our range includes Concrete Pan Mixer and Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer, depending on output requirement and mixing cycle. Pan mixer works well where sand, cement, and aggregate need even blending in short duration. The mixing arms are arranged to keep material movement active across the full pan area, so dead corners are reduced during operation.

For higher production, twin shaft models are selected where continuous discharge and faster cycle time matter more. These are used where batch consistency can’t be compromised because the next process depends directly on proper mix quality.

Maintenance is kept practical. Wear parts can be checked and replaced without major dismantling. Operators usually prefer this because downtime affects full production flow.
